For me, that would be a really tough choice. But if the deciding factor was how long I have been in love with them, I would probably have to go with Jimmy Eat World.

A new favorite is Band of Horses, I'm completely addicted.

Other top contenders are: MGMT, Fleet Foxes, Death Cab, and Modest Mouse.
