No, there just missing the good stuff like beaf!

Eating beens and peanut butter and such can give you protean so no need for meat
if you don't like it.

Soybeans contain all of the amino acids that you need, and living a healthy vegetarian lifestyle is definitely possible.

But good luck giving up a good burger.

BUT, one could also argue that leading a vegetarian lifestyle leads to obsessive grammar and spell checking.

yeah i am not about to give up meat ever!
i have always seen veg heads as unhealthy but you can be healthy and be one i have decided

i know a few vegan Straight Edgers and they showed me it's not too bad being one but still not for me!
