I don't run track, but I can run better than most people I know... he he, I guess it
could be because I don't smoke like some of the others... Since it is winter though
and there is alot of snow I'm abit out of shape and cant wait for summer. bounce

I know it, I usually hit the gym during Winter. I'm naturally slim/slender built and never have had to worry about weight but I do love running. Very Happy
